Individuals and Group participants from around Mississippi rise and shine early to start their day off with exercise. The 5K Race takes place on the Ocean Springs Bridge, Participants walk or run the bridge. MMSC staff sounds the horn to start you off with a beautiful view of the MS Gulf Coast. After the race is completed, various awards are presented and hopefully you have started your day off with a bang!

Please join us and schedule this as you plan for the annual conference. Form a group, wear your t-shirt, and just plain have a good 'ole time. Parents may register children, so bring the whole family!
